Step 1 — Choose your service

Not sure which one fits? Call or text and I'll tell you honestly.

Which one should I choose?

Choose Repair when something is not working or you need technical help. Choose Replacement when you already know which component needs to be installed or replaced.

Qualifying support for a complete Maxtech build remains free during the 3-month labor-support period; on-site visits carry the $20 mobile fee.

Everything here is optional. Skip it if you don't need it.

A Windows license is not included unless it is specifically purchased. If you have a key already, have it handy.

Step 3 — Choose a date and time

Choose one 2.5-hour service window below. Windows already taken show as Booked. All times are Pacific Time.

Step 5 — About your PC

Special requests, a part you're unsure about, or where the PC will live. Leave it blank if there's nothing to add. A short description helps me arrive prepared.
Optional uploads A photo of the PC, your parts list or a screenshot of the error. Skip this if you don't have them.
    Step 6 — Estimated price

    This is an estimate for the work described. If I find the job is different from what was booked, you get the revised price before any additional work is performed. Parts are purchased by you unless we agree otherwise.

    Step 7 — Confirm

    The server checks the window one more time before saving it, so two customers cannot confirm the same slot. A confirmation email is sent when the appointment is accepted.
