Every standard service has a set price. You will know what the job costs before I start, and anything outside the quoted work gets approved by you first.
Build pricing
Labor pricing for assembling a PC from parts you already own or are about to buy. Components are not included.

Complete PC builds receive 3-month free labor support
Measured from the original service date and limited to issues reasonably related to the assembly and configuration work. Hardware remains under the manufacturer or retailer warranty. Full details: warranty policy.
Diagnostics
The diagnostic fee covers troubleshooting and identifying the likely source of the problem. Parts and repair labor are separate unless otherwise specified — you always get the repair price before any repair work starts.
Installation and replacement
Basic functionality testing after hardware replacement is included in every price below.
Overlapping labor is bundled rather than added twice: CPU + cooler is $30; motherboard + CPU + cooler is $99. Other multi-part jobs are reviewed before the appointment is confirmed. Individual repair and upgrade services do not include the three-month build labor support program. See the repair service policy.
On-site service fee
One flat $20 fee covers coming to you for a diagnostic, repair or upgrade — the same whether you are five minutes away or across town. Custom PC builds include the visit at no extra cost within 25 miles. The fee is shown in your total before you confirm the booking. Further out than that, get in touch first and we will agree anything extra before the appointment is booked.
Important pricing note
Prices shown represent standard installations. Extremely complex systems may require an individual quote, including:
- Custom water cooling
- Unusually complex RGB systems
- Specialty SFF builds
- Modified cases
- Damaged systems requiring extensive reconstruction
No additional work is performed without customer approval. If I open a system and find the job is bigger than expected, you get a call before anything else happens.
Payment
Cash, Zelle, Venmo and card. Payment is due when the service is complete unless we agree otherwise beforehand.
Parts
