What support covers

Labor for qualifying build-related support is free during the 3-month support period.

On-site support visits carry the flat $20 on-site service fee.
Hardware parts are not automatically covered.
Manufacturer or retailer warranties remain applicable to the parts themselves.

Support is still available — it's just billed as a normal service. Diagnostic labor is $20 plus the $20 mobile visit, for a typical $40 on-site total. You get the repair price before any repair work starts.

Before you send

Note any beep codes or motherboard error lights
Check whether case fans and RGB power up
Try the monitor cable in the graphics card, not the motherboard
Note anything installed or changed recently
