Customers who choose the Ready-to-Play package receive a PC that is configured, tested and ready for use — you plug it in, sign in, and start. Without the add-on, the build is assembled and verified to boot, and you handle the operating system yourself.

After the build
Support Doesn't End When the Build Is Finished
Complete PC builds include three months of free labor support from the service date.
If a build-related issue appears during the support period, contact Maxtech directly — the same phone number, the same technician. Remote troubleshooting is often enough; when it isn't, an on-site visit can be scheduled.
- On-site warranty visits may require the flat $20 on-site service fee.
- Parts are not covered by Maxtech unless specifically provided or sold by Maxtech.
- Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the parts manufacturer or retailer.
Individual repairs work differently
A single upgrade or repair — a RAM swap, a new GPU, a power supply replacement — does not carry the three-month build support program. Maxtech still stands behind the workmanship on that specific repair.

Mobile service is available throughout the surrounding Bay Area. Diagnostics, repairs and upgrades carry a flat $20 on-site service fee — the same anywhere in the service area, never calculated by distance. Custom PC builds include the on-site visit at no extra charge within 25 miles. Either way, the amount is shown before you confirm.
